Policies & Etiquette
Court Bookings
For all bookings, you are allowed to book one week and one hour in advance. The booking must be made by telephone or on the internet. We will not take them at the front counter. During the week our prime hours are 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. These are the only two time slots where you can only book for 1½ hours at a time. You may book two hour time slots if they do not run through these times.
Court Cancellation
If you are going to have to cancel your court, we require 24 hours notice. If you do not give us 24 hours, you will be charged for the court. This applies all year round.
Court Fees
Court Fees including GST is $25.00 per hour. This is for the indoor
courts only. The fee is split between however many people are playing. In the Summer months there will be a special rate for indoor courts. There is no charge for the outdoor courts, but the cancellation policy applies to these courts as well.
Guest Policy
Each member can invite one guest to play with them once a month without any guest fees. After that, all local guests must pay a fee $ 20.00 per visit. There is no charge for visiting friends, relatives or introducing a newcomer to the area. Although, if your guests are playing indoors, they will be expected to pay court fees.
Billing Policies
Bills will be sent out to you at the end of each month either by mail or e-mail. On these bills you will find your monthly dues, which we charge on the 15th of every month, and any other charges you put on your account during the month. Eg. Court time, food, drinks, pro shop, etc. We send you a statement as your bill. If you require or request individual invoices to be included with your statement, let us know and we will mail you those as well.
Court Attire
Proper tennis attire is required. Persons wearing black or partially black soled shoes will not be permitted on the courts. We strongly enforce this rule. Also, spandex, in any form, or street wear will also not be permitted on the courts. Men's shirts must have sleeves. (No muscle shirts allowed)
Crossing the court
Unique to our club, when crossing the court please wait until the point is over and then go across at the net. (The most direct and fastest route)
